About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Machine Repair Specialist to join our team at Black & Decker (U.S.) Inc. in the Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar plant environment with electrical working knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including mills, lathes, band saws, and presses.
- Maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical drive systems, conveyors, and pumps.
- Effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fulfilling work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- 3-5 Years of Maintenance Experience: Required
- Electrical Working Knowledge: Required
- Broad Exposure to Technical Areas: Preferred
- Hands-on Experience with Machine Shop Equipment: Preferred
