The Job :
- Manage and service end-user accounts through strategic planning and regular visits to offices and job sites to drive product conversions.
- Gain operational experience in retail, repair processes, inventory management, and profit and loss analysis.
- Identify new sales opportunities and deliver value-added offerings to key decision-makers to ensure profitable ROI for SBD.
- Support and leverage marketing programs to raise awareness of new products, convert competitive products, and increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key end users, serving as a liaison between product managers, market teams, and other SBD resources.
- Collaborate with Sales and Field End User Specialists to conduct effective product demonstrations and knowledge events.
- Aggressively prospect for new customers to expand the account base.
- Promote DEWALT, Lenox, Irwin, and PROTO brands using product knowledge and selling skills.
