The Job :

As an National Account Manager - Midstates, youll be part of our Farm & Hardware team working as a remote employee. Youll get to :

Execute distributor show events, manage sales growth plans & execute new product launches.

Flawlessly execute category sales plans for all assigned brands and product categories (i.e. DeWALT, Irwin, Stanley, to name a few).

Achieve weekly, quarterly & yearly sales goals.

Develop strong relationships with key account personnel.

Work effectively with your manager on a weekly / monthly basis.

Complete all communication requirements with accounts timely and effectively.

Working with wholesaler accounts to find new and creative ways to win the wall and increase sales.

Become the liaison between retail stores, wholesaler accounts & our channel marketing team.

Ensure standards are met to maintain strong brand presence.

Work with buyers to promote and expand brand exposure. Become a product knowledge expert.

The Person :

College or University degree / diploma in Marketing, Business or relevant area of study.

3 Years retail and / or wholesale sales experience.

Computer proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to travel 40% within territory, with the majority of the travel in the St. Louis metro area.

E-commerce experience required.
