Job Summary:
The Breakfast Server at Latitude is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by providing a warm and welcoming dining experience during breakfast service. Reporting to the Latitude General Manager or Food & Beverage Manager, this role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable meal for all guests. The Breakfast Server plays a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience each morning, offering attentive service in a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.

Onsite: Black Desert Resort – LatitudeShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time & Part-Time AvailablePay Rate: $6.00/hr plus tips. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring an exceptional breakfast and brunch experience.
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and offer recommendations based on dietary preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and modifications are properly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
- Assist with table setups, refilling beverages, and delivering additional items as needed.
- Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance with food handling guidelines.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings to review service expectations, daily specials, and operational updates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of breakfast service, including coffee, tea, and morning cocktails, is a plus.
- Proficiency with POS systems and handling guest transactions.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays based on resort operations.
