- Strive to attain and exceed pre-set monthly and quarterly revenue goals for the Catering department.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all event inquiries, providing clients with timely and accurate information to support their planning needs.
- Actively pursue prospective clients through strategic outreach, fostering future and repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least 3 or years as a Catering Manager or Director of Catering preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and event management software is a plus.
