This role will support the Managing Director with a dotted line to the Corporate VP of Membership and be responsible for onboarding new members, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless membership journey. Additionally, the Membership Services Director will collaborate with the Resort team, local partners, and Reef’s Corporate Team to craft unique experiences and provide world-class service. This full-time role requires availability during evenings, holidays, and weekends to support club activities and member engagements.

- Oversee Member’s Lounge operations, ensuring it remains organized, well-stocked, and welcoming for members and guests.
- Provide membership statistics and reports to senior leadership and support the marketing team with data for promotional materials.
- Respond to and track membership inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Assist with special projects, member requests, and club initiatives, adapting to evolving responsibilities as needed.
- Represent Black Desert Club at local networking events to expand membership opportunities and foster community partnerships.
- Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders to enhance the membership experience and club engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Workspaces
- Experience with CRM databases preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage priorities, maintain accurate data flow, and discreetly handle confidential information.
- Previous experience in membership services, luxury hospitality, private club management, or high-end concierge services preferred.
