DESCRIPTION
The Program Director is a strategic leader, collaborating closely with the Project Manager on day-to-day execution while providing high-level guidance alongside the Project Sponsor. This role involves taking a broader, more strategic view by overseeing multiple workstreams within the program. Acting as the primary point of contact between the consulting firm and the clients director-level and mid-level management teams, the Program Director ensures alignment on goals, expectations, and outcomes to drive the programs success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner closely with BDA Sales team to identify clients disposition and identified needs.
- Define and align the program roadmap with goals, ensuring cohesion across workstreams.
- Collaborate on resource allocation, assist in resolving conflicts, and address constraints to support program progress.
- Draft and deliver clear communications to stakeholders, aligning on progress and expectations.
- Develop and monitor financial forecasts, ensuring budgets are met and escalating critical issues.
- Establish governance frameworks and lead decision-making processes for program success.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies promptly.
- Lead change management efforts for smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Track and report program progress using dashboards and regular stakeholder updates.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before submission to clients.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to achieve program objectives efficiently.
- Hold client accountable for delivery success factors that are within the clients control.
