Must be a passionate and results-oriented A-Player, hands-on Production Superintendent to lead our manufacturing operations into the future. In this critical role, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring efficient production, shipping and warehouse operations while driving continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping the company culture and empowering the team to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Develop Team:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes open communication and problem-solving.
- Evaluate, train, mentor and motivate department team leaders and personnel to ensure effective and efficient plant operations.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Manage and Optimize Shipping, Receiving & Inventory:
- Manage warehouse operations, ensuring SOPs are documented and enforced for receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, ensure quality and accuracy according to company and customer requirements while adhering to budget and quality specifications.
- Monitor shipping KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory organization and processes to minimize stockouts and optimize inventory levels.
Manage and Optimize Manufacturing Production:
- Manage production operations, ensuring SOPs are documented and enforced.
- Plan and schedule production runs to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor production performance against established KPIs such as output, efficiency, and quality.
- Ensure all manufacturing policies and procedures are documented, readily accessible, and up to date.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Supervise the investigation and immediate corrective action for all production, plant safety, security, and housekeeping issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as sales and marketing, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Drive Financial Efficiency and Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and manage annual expense budgets for equipment modifications, process improvements, supplies, maintenance and labor.
- Create and manage investment budgets for new initiatives and equipment purchases.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes to optimize production efficiency.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience or 7 years equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
- Proven leader
- Military veteran preferred

Pay: $88,170.00 - $93,651.00 per year
