WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an HVAC Residential Sales Comfort Advisor
For this position, you would be educating customers about their HVAC issues and providing them options to replace the unit, along with building rapport and making them lifetime customers with Black Diamond Experts. You would do this by working with the Service Technicians who provide any type of repairs, along with a mix of marketed leads from customers who are searching for the best company, with the best price, best service, and most value to offer them.
