WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The HVAC Install Supervisor will manage and oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This role involves supervising a team of installers, coordinating daily operations, and liaising with customers and project managers to deliver optimal service.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
- RMGA and EPA Certifications
- Excellent communication skills, both with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various environments, and perform physically demanding tasks
