We are currently looking to bring on an Office Manager to our team located in SLC. This position offers year-round work, and we do not lay off or furlough employees.
Job Overview:
The Office Manager oversees the Dispatch and Call Center while managing day-to-day office operations. Conducts one-on-one meetings with direct reports, handles hiring, terminations, and disciplinary actions for office staff. Plans, hosts, and facilitates initiatives related to marketing, automation, and integration accounts. Additionally, organizes and executes company-wide events, including employee appreciation activities, parties, and all-hands meetings.
