Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Systems Solution Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and management of enterprise technology solutions that enhance business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation. This role ensures that technical solutions meet organizational requirements and align with business goals.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions mainly within Black Diamond’s ERP NetSuite platform.
- Design and implement integrated systems that improve business processes and performance.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
- Oversee the selection, installation, and configuration of software and hardware solutions.
Project Management
Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.Mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues during the project lifecycle.Communicate project status and escalate issues as necessary to senior management.Stakeholder Communication
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication of project goals and requirements.Gather and document business needs, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and offer ongoing support post-implementation.Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and tools.System Optimization & Maintenance
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.Work with business owners and consultants to troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing systems.Regularly update systems to ensure they remain aligned with evolving business requirements and industry best practices.Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors providing software solutions.Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.Manage external consultants or development teams when necessary to support system projects.Compliance & Security
Ensure that all systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards for data security and privacy.Stay informed about the latest technological trends and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to system improvements.Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.Produce regular reports on system performance, issues, and project progress for management reviewQualifications :
3-5 years of NetSuite functional experience3-5 years of Shopify experienceERP and technical partnership (Centium, NetGain, OpenText, Avalara) experienceKnowledgeable in EDILeadership and Project Management experienceBusiness Systems analysisProcess creation and documentation skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage competing priorities.Key Competencies :
