We have a full-time position for a remote Digital Communication Representative (LiveChat Agent). This position will be a work from home position, however, we prefer the successful candidate to be located near one of our branch offices in Calgary, Alberta or Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. BOXX Modular’s MSS Marketing is looking to have a high energy individual join our team! Because our website traffic and incoming digital lead volume is growing rapidly, we are looking for a new team member that can connect with our website visitors through live chat and help us continue to validate and prequalify leads as they come in. In this role you will join an extraordinary marketing team and have the opportunity to directly impact the business by being the first individual to communicate with new leads. Duties and responsibilities : Real-time live chat with customers who are visiting our websites Enter marketing qualified leads into Transition Qualified leads to Sales Managers as Opportunities Become an expert in the live chat platform Develop a deep understanding of our products and services Stay informed on BOXX’s product features, promotions, and FAQs Create canned responses and enhance tagging system in live chat platform Enhance training and best practices documentation Develop and communicate ideas for improvement in our customer journey Monitory KPIs : response time, customer satisfaction, volume / schedule, etc. Collaborate with sales team and key marketing team members, related to leads and live chat Perform other assigned tasks Qualifications : Commercial modular construction industry experience preferred Live chat, B2B Telemarketing or sales experience is preferred experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Keen ability to multitask and prioritize Organized with attention to detail Customer service oriented Empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries Self-motivated and self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity Tactful and inquisitive Proficient in MS Office Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm Must comply with all company employment policies Travel requirement will be limited, but may be up to 10% Compensation : Base salary commensurate with experience and industry standards.
