We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development, behavior management, and curriculum development, with at least 12 ECE Units.

Qualified candidates will work in our AM shift working 9:00 am to 2:00 pm to cover teacher who will be out on leave. Once teacher returns the shift will change to our afternoon hours, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with option for more based on needs of facility.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior in the classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
