Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Worker to join our team. As a Lawn Care Worker/Helper, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns through fertilization and weed control. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of various lawn care processes and techniques.
Duties:
- Assist our Applicators with applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to control weeds and pests
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Participate in sales efforts by promoting additional services to clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lawn care or related field preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including fertilization and weed control. Willing to train the correct candidate with no prior experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
