Role Overview :
Reporting to Founder and Executive Director, the Campus Director will play a key leadership role in defining, building and executing the Dragons Academy vision and strategy.
The Campus Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Dragons Academy’s main campus. This position requires a dynamic and strategic leader who can execute the vision and mission of the Academy, ensuring that both academic excellence and operational efficiency are achieved. The Director will lead and mentor a team of teachers and administrative staff fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and flexibility for both students and their families.
The successful candidate will have a deep passion for high-quality, flexible education and a belief in the potential of every student. They will be familiar with educational technology trends and have a proven track record of innovation and thinking outside the box. They will collaborate across faculty, marketing, and with families, to deliver compelling, innovative and empowering education while ensuring alignment with Dragons Academy’s strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensuring Academic Excellence :
- Ensure the implementation of Dragons Academy's high-quality curriculum, focusing on math, science, reading, writing, social studies, and the arts.
- Maintain the 1 : 1 student-to-teacher ratio, ensuring that students receive individualized instruction and guidance in key development areas.
- Collaborate with teachers to differentiate learning experiences based on the individual needs of students.

Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
