Role Overview :
Reporting to the COO - One Dragon Services, the Head of Marketing will be a visionary leader responsible for creating and executing the overarching marketing strategy for the firm and its portfolio companies. This senior leadership position requires a dynamic and adaptable individual who can seamlessly integrate marketing strategies into the business model of a private equity firm while supporting growth objectives across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, resilient, and able to thrive in high-pressure environments. Experience at the highest levels of the Financial Services Industry, with additional expertise in the Broadcast Media sector, will be a significant advantage. The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for overseeing a growing global team, managing key marketing functions, and ensuring consistent brand messaging and risk mitigation strategies across all communications.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Vision :
- Work closely with executive leadership, investment teams and portfolio leaders, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to portfolio companies, guiding them in marketing best practices, brand development, and market expansion.
- Support the marketing strategy for the founder’s non-profit, Foundation for A Bright Future
- Lead and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and resilience within the marketing team.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
