Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Utilize recruitment tools such as Lever and Paychex for tracking candidates and managing the hiring process.
- Perform cold calling to engage potential candidates and build relationships.
- Assist in the development of training programs for new hires.
- Participate in employee evaluations and provide feedback to management.
- Support internal recruiting efforts by maintaining relationships with current employees and understanding their career aspirations.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
Skills
- Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software such as Kronos and Lever.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster connections with candidates and hiring managers.
