Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including clerical tasks, payroll processing, and budgeting.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Oversee calendar management to schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate event planning for company functions and meetings.
- Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy access to information.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to foster positive relationships.
- Implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency within the office.
- Supervise support staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in clerical duties and administrative functions.
- Experience with payroll systems and budgeting processes is desirable.
