What We Do: Black Girl Sunscreen is the leading provider of sun care for women of color. Launched in 2016, we are in the business of educating WOC about melanoma and sun protection by manufacturing a natural sunscreen that has eliminated all white residue and is infused with organic ingredients. What We Are Looking For: The Senior Manager, Customer Experience is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the company's customer service operations and strategy. As a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, this role involves overseeing the DTC customer experience, developing customer service policies, interacting with customers to gain insights, and implementing effective service strategies for Black Girl Sunscreen.
What You Will Do: The position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
· Promptly respond to customer inquiries, or complaints via email or phone
· Oversee loyalty, recycling and subscription programs
· Field visits to retail outlets to gain customer insights
· Maintain records of customer interaction
· Work closely with fulfillment on customer order processing
· Communicate & coordinate effectively with other departments as necessary
· Increase brand narrative through customer interactions
We Would Love If You:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Have a minimum of 5 years of customer service management experience
· Are computer savvy
· Are organized & adept at multi-tasking
· Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
· Have an enthusiastic, positive attitude
· Have a love for beauty or fashion
Must be able to remain stationary for prolonged periods of time.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
