About the position:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated part time (Up to 7 hours per week) Program Coordinator to support the successful implementation and coordination of our in-school programs and partnerships. This role will involve managing our Leadership Academy sessions at partner sites, cultivating strong relationships with school partners, and serving as the key liaison between the organization’s leadership and educational partners. The Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, mentors, and participants to ensure seamless program execution. Additionally, this position will play a vital role in advancing our mission to serve as a talent pipeline for the communities we support, empowering the next generation of leaders and changemakers.
Responsibilities:
Leadership Academy Coordination:
Manage the scheduling, logistics, and execution of Leadership Academy sessions and field trips at partner school sites. Ensure all materials, facilitators, and resources are prepared and aligned with program objectives, as well as serve as a program facilitator as needed.
Event Coordination & Logistics:
Plan and coordinate events or workshops related to the Leadership Academy, ensuring effective management of logistical details such as venue, transportation, materials, and guest speakers. Organize and maintain key records, communications, and documents for the organization.
Partnership Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with school partners. Regularly communicate with school administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure alignment between program goals and school needs. Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related inquiries.
Liaison Between Leadership & Partners:
Serve as a key liaison between the organization’s leadership and school partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Relay feedback, concerns, and updates between both parties to ensure program success and sustainability.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
Assist in collecting feedback from participants, school partners, and facilitators to assess program effectiveness. Analyze the data and generate weekly performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights to inform future program improvements.

Salary range: This is a part-time contractor role for 6 months, with the potential for renewal based on grant funding. The hourly rate range for this position is between $22 and $25.
