Black Gold Energy Service, LLC, is a professional energy-industrial company specializing in transportation and logistics with a fleet of semis and skilled drivers for hauling heavy and oversized loads. We offer crane services, equipment and machinery rentals, transportation of industrial machinery, and support for oilfield operations, including rig moves and stack-outs. We also provides roustabout services for general labor and maintenance, emphasizing safety and reliability to meet diverse needs in the energy and industrial sectors.
We are looking for a dedicated, team member willing to assist in administrative duties. We offer competitive pay, health, dental, vision, benefits as well as company paid life insurance. Clerical/ Office experience is a plus, but not needed as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage data entry tasks, including filing vendor invoices, tracking employee hours, job numbers, and fuel charges, while maintaining accurate records and creating spreadsheets or documents as needed.
- Support administrative functions by setting up new customer and equipment files, monitoring equipment, vehicle, and trailer maintenance, and assisting with service record upkeep, while working independently or collaboratively.
- Handle communication and organization by responding to emails promptly, filing invoices and maintenance logs, contacting new customers for W9s, and assisting with QuickBooks setup and accounts receivable billing processes.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), with strong oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with employees and management.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving abilities, complemented by proven personnel relations, leadership confidence, and a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, efficient multitasking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain consistent reliability and quality, and pass a background check, drug screening, and possess a clean driving record.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
Regulatory:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Pass background check and or drug screening
Experience:
- 1yr experience as office administrator preferred.
