Job Responsibilities:
- Lead kayak and paddle board sessions for children, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
- Collaborate with other counselors to develop and implement engaging outdoor activities.
- Conduct regular checks of equipment for safety, cleanliness, and repair.
- Submit orders for supplies and equipment needs to management.
Qualifications:
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong swimmer and ability to assist in emergency situations.
- Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
