Black Hawk Country Club, located in Richmond, Texas, features an 18-hole Reese Davis designed course, a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, pool and racket sports facility, along with Member spaces for dining and socializing. We are looking for a high achiever who wants to build something special at Black Hawk Country Club.
Our membership roster boasts successful business owners, entrepreneurs, doctors, CPAs, lawyers, and community leaders. As we’re looking to add similar-minded and pedigreed individuals as Members, the person in the Membership Sales Director role must have a proven track record of success selling luxury lifestyle products to a discerning clientele.
Responsibilities include generating leads by way of referrals, networking, and being the face of the Club in the community along with guiding prospective Members through the enrollment process. Influence and an existing network within the market is a major plus.

While the package lists a generous pay scale*, our Membership Directors have unlimited upside earning potential. Experience
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in utilizing technology for sales purposes
- Prior experience in managing membership programs is a plus
- Marketing experience is a plus
