Site Superintendent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of tearing off and installing a large variety of roofing materials and siding. We will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control standards
- Collaborate with production department staff and project managers
- Utilize software such as Contractor Foreman, CompanyCam and Hover

- In downtime/off roofing season, this position is also responsible for grounds work in and around the shop, snow removal, and carpentry projects as needed. It is a wide ranging position with many different tasks.

Qualifications:
- Top level craftsmanship for all tasks at hand according to individual’s skill level

- Roofing experience

- Ability to use CRM and apps, understand and follow instructions

- Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs.

- Ability to walk on roofs and deal with heights.

- Ability to work outside in all types of weather.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
