Job Description:
BlackJack Tire Supplies is a small family-owned business and we are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, outgoing Administrative Assistant to add to our team.
Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service
Update Customer Information
Place customer orders in a timely manner
Answer Customer emails
Must be Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel Proficient
Know how to prioritize projects when assigned
Able to handle a multiple phone line system
Requirements:
Attention to detail is a MUST
A fast learner who is also very outgoing
Marketing experience is a plus but is not required
Sales experience is a plus but is not required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Job Type:
Full Time (Schedule from 7:30-4:30 Monday thru Friday)
Pay: $22 per hour based on experience and qualifications
