Black Knight Security has an immediate opening for a Human Resource Generalist in our Pittsburgh office:
Responsibilities:
- Unemployment claims (Equifax)
- Union grievances and investigations
- Progressive employee discipline
- Written policies and procedures
- database management
- Supervision of Administrative staff
Qualifications:

Proven experience in Human Resources.

Comfortable with writing company literature and policies.

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting ATS technology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members.

Ability to multitask and make quick, sound decisions.

Familiarity with the private security sector or any related organizations that hire frontline (essential) employees is a plus.
Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Relevant SHRM Certification is a plus.
