Black Knight Security has an immediate opening for a Recruiter in our Pittsburgh office:
Responsibilities:
- Create and place recruitment ads
- Attend job fairs
- Use applicant tracking software
- Screen applications/resumes
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
- Conduct background checks and pre-employment screenings
- Onboarding new hires
Qualifications:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting ATS technology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members.

Ability to multitask and make quick, sound decisions.

Familiarity with the private security sector or any related organizations that hire frontline (essential) employees is a plus.
Education and Certifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
