Requirements
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a pipeline of new customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and communicate value propositions with new products needed or wanted.
- Drive results to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth through new and existing customers.
- Develop programs to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build a capabilities roadmap to improve customer expectations and identify future needs.
- Incorporate knowledge of current products and services, key competitors, market/industry trends, and new opportunities within the sales process to uncover customer needs and create value-based solutions.
- Work cohesively with the sales team and field operations to train employees on applications.
- Work cross-functionally with suppliers to target partner needs.
- Work with the finance team to accurately forecast new lines of business and returns on investment.
- Build roadmap for improving fab shop production, capabilities and quote timelines.
- Build roadmap for line locating and proving.
- Oversee division, embedded service personnel, Fabrication shop and create growth plans for all.
- 5-10 years of in Sales and Business Development with a proven track record in sales growth and large-scale sales strategies
- 3-5 years of management experience required
- Thorough knowledge of welding requirements, manufacturing, BLM standards, field and shop safety, and others related to fabrication shops, line locating, measurement, and proving.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Hands on knowledge of Prophet 21 or other similar ERP system
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, word, outlook, and PowerPoint
