Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven concrete Construction Service Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients while also developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Your expertise in sales and account management will be essential in promoting our range of construction and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage in outside sales activities to expand market presence.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and analyze market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies that align with market demands.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential areas for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction industry or related field.
- Strong skills in account management, territory management, and business development.
- Proficiency in using sales software such as Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
