Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all on-site activities for our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership : Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control : Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Scheduling : Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
- Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance. Identify and address any cost overruns or budgetary concerns.
