SUMMARY: Responsible for providing Bowling and Arcade Guests with prompt, efficient, courteous service. Also ensures that maximum utilization of lanes and equipment is realized through efficient control of the flow of customers.

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old with valid work permit.
- Prior bowling experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of computers preferred.
- Must be able to communicate and work effectively with all Team Members.
- Must be able to convey a positive and professional image to Guests and Team Members.
- Must possess good organizational and judgment skills.
- Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
Physical Demands:
- Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
