Overview
The Black Oak Casino Resort is seeking a professional Beverage Server to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch beverage service in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Takes beverage orders and enters them into the point-of-sale system.
- Collects orders from the bartender and/or kitchen and serves to guests.
- Computes bills, accepts payments, and makes change for monies tendered.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification.
- Must have ability to read and write English sufficient to understand menus, take and record orders, and communicate with guests.
- Must have cash-handling experience.
- Must have ability to learn and operate the point-of-sale system.
Physical Demands
- Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
