We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Espresso Bar Team Member. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages in the Espresso Bar, maintaining high standards of menu item preparation and presentation, and providing exceptional guest service.
About the Role
- Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve all food and beverages in the Espresso Bar, adhering to approved recipes and quality standards.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the work area and equipment, performing routine cleaning and standard daily cleaning/maintenance as needed.
- Point of Sale Operations: Enter orders in the point of sale system, handle cash, and complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Guest Service: Provide courteous and attentive guest service, adhering to Guest Service Standards and exceeding expectations.
Requirements
- Mandatory Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit, have completed Food Handler or ServSafe certification, and possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
- Preferred Qualifications: Cash-handling experience and ability to communicate effectively.
Work Environment
The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 pounds, and maintain attention to detail in a noisy setting. A valid gaming license and evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S. are required.
