Clean and Maintain Service Operations at Black Oak Casino Resort
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport food, beverage products, equipment, and furniture to and from dining and storage areas.
- Maintain excellent guest service with all team members and guests.
- Clean dishware, production equipment, and floors.
- Remove trash from work areas.
- Assist in replenishing and restocking main and side stations.
- Assist in receiving and putting food products away in storage areas.
- Maintain general dining areas and storage areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe certification.
- Must have effective communication skills.
- Must present a clean, well-groomed appearance and wear the appropriate uniform.
- Must possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
- Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- Must pass a mandatory drug test.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must communicate proficiently in English.
Physical Demands:
- Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work around moving machinery.
Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
