We're currently seeking a Part Time Beverage Specialist to join our team in the Espresso Bar. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Menu Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present all beverages and food items according to approved recipes and quality standards.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest needs and concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Point of Sale Operations: Accurately enter orders into the point of sale system, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and standard daily cleaning/maintenance as needed, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Mandatory Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit, have completed Food Handler or ServSafe certification, and possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
- Preferred Qualifications: Cash-handling experience and ability to communicate effectively.
