Main Tasks:
- Take orders from guests and deliver beverages promptly, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation
- Process payments and operate cash bank accurately, adhering to company policy
- Engage with guests, build rapport, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper sanitation procedures
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid ID
- Completion of Food Handler or ServSafe certification and Responsible Alcohol Service certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
