Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Slot Technician role located in Tuolumne, CA at Black Oak Casino Resort. The Slot Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of slot machines. Additionally, the role will involve providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Qualifications
- Experience with Hand Tools
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
