Server Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Members Promptly.
- Take and Process Orders Accurately.
- Provide Menu Recommendations and Answer Questions About Food and Beverages.
- Upselling and Promoting Menu Items.
- Ensure Timely Delivery of Food and Drinks to Tables.
- Handle Customer complaints and Resolve Issues Professionally.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Organization of The Dining Area.
- Collaborating with Kitchen Staff.
- Adhering to Health and Safety Standards.
Server Requirements
- Previous Restaurant Experience.
- Ability to Work Long Hours and Stand for Long Periods of Time.
- Work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Time Management.
