Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of window film on vehicles and, when needed, assisting in other automotive services. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and can provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install window tint on a variety of vehicle types, ensuring precise application and a flawless finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for.
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Assist with other automotive services as needed (e.g., paint protection, detailing).
- Engage with customers professionally, answering any questions they may have about the tinting process and additional services.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and new tinting technologies.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in all aspects of the job.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in window tinting or a related automotive service field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and customer-service-oriented.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and skills as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle tinting.
