Black Pearl is a high-end, modern bubble tea brand with multiple locations across the region. We are currently hiring for our Bay Shore store located inside the South Shore Mall. Our mission is to become the leading bubble tea provider in the U.S., and we achieve this through premium-quality drinks, strong values, and exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Weekend availability is a must: You must be available for at least one or two shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, as weekends are our busiest times.
• Prepare drinks to high standards: Accurately and efficiently craft drinks following our recipes and quality guidelines.
• Perform stock counts and help with inventory as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to support your growth.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and help achieve store goals.
• Engage with customers and go the extra mile to provide a great experience.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Help with cleaning duties and keep the store neat and professional.
• Punctuality and teamwork are key to our culture.
• Take on additional tasks assigned by the store manager as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
