Requirements
- 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong background in SaaS
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
- Background in enterprise or institutional sales, with a strong network in banking, payments, or digital assets.
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in high-growth, tech-driven companies.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, forecasting, and automation.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional departments in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition across global markets.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise, institutional, and B2B sales.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales effectiveness.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track pipeline development, forecast revenue, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our client’s footprint in fintech and crypto markets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain our client’s market leadership.
- Spearhead enterprise sales negotiations, ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders in banks, financial institutions, and large-scale clients.
