We are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to spearhead our revenue growth, expand market penetration, and drive strategic sales initiatives.
Role Overview
The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable sales strategy that aligns with our client’s business goals. This role requires deep expertise in SaaS sales, fintech, cryptocurrency, and Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions in the fintech or crypto space.
- Knowledge of emerging markets, particularly in Africa.
- Background in enterprise or institutional sales, with a strong network in banking, payments, or digital assets.
- Passion for financial inclusion and the role of cryptocurrency in transforming global finance.
- 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong background in SaaS, fintech, and cryptocurrency.
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in high-growth, tech-driven companies.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, forecasting, and automation.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and financial infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional departments in a remote-first environment.
