Duties:
- Lead and implement programs that align with BPIA’s mission and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with international affairs professionals, academic institutions, government agencies, and partner organizations.
- Plan and coordinate BPIA events, including professional development workshops, networking mixers, and speaker series.
- Oversee logistics, budgeting, marketing, and attendee engagement for BPIA events.
- Support the growth and engagement of BPIA’s membership base.
- Develop initiatives to enhance member experience and retention.
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities to sustain and expand BPIA programs.
- Assist in securing sponsorships and partnerships to support programmatic activities.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Experience with event planning and execution.
- Pristine organizational and people management skills.
- 3 years of experience preferred. Previous board member experience highly valaued.
- Interest in BPIA’s mission.
