Role Summary
A Paid Search Manager oversees a client portfolio with a minimum of 5 accounts, leading account strategy, collaborating on optimization, and managing small to large-scale social campaigns. They mentor new team members, meet promotion standards, and excel in PPC strategy, specializing in various industries. Effective communication, delegation, and proactive account management are key strengths.
Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities & expectations include, but are not limited to:)
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of primarily Tier 2 fee clients, ensuring they meet MRR and retention rate targets, under the supervision of the Active Manager.
- Account Strategy Leadership: Lead the strategy for clients under direct management, working closely with mid to senior-level Account Managers.
- Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with Paid Media Specialists and Coordinators on optimization tasks, including routine optimizations, campaign builds, and data analysis.
- Paid Media Expertise: Able to Build and manage small digital media campaigns for clients under direct management, utilizing the Paid Social department for larger initiatives.
- Issue Resolution: Escalate poor account performance or client relations to immediate management and actively seek support.
- Professional Development: Continuously build upon your knowledge, skills, and expertise to improve account strategy, analytical, technical skills, and client relationship management. Meet promotion standards and contribute to team thought leadership.

- 3 Years Paid Search Expertise: Mastery of paid search advertising platforms, specializing in Google Ads, and proficiency in various industries.
- 3- 5 Years Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead account strategy and collaborate with mid to senior-level Account Managers.
- Campaign Optimization: Proficiency in optimizing campaigns, including routine optimizations, campaign builds, and data analysis, while working with Paid Media Specialists and Coordinators.

- 3- 5 Years Client Communication: Taking an active role in client calls, effectively articulating performance, and maintaining regular communication via email on supported accounts.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
