What You’ll Do :

  • Manage Team Workloads : Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure client work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Follow up on tasks and provide clear direction to the SEO team.
  • Project Execution : Create and execute project work plans, revising as needed to meet changing client requirements and priorities.
  • Monitor Project Status : Oversee the ongoing status of projects, ensuring efficient workflows and clear communication with clients to keep everything on track.
  • Drive Efficiency : Collaborate closely with the operations team to streamline SEO workflows and improve overall efficiency.
  • Support New Business Development : Help develop new business opportunities by working closely with the Head of SEO to close projects based on data and performance reports.
  • Client Communication : Regularly update project milestones, deliverables, and results, ensuring client satisfaction and strong relationships.
  • Optimize Processes : Identify areas for improvement in workflows and project execution to deliver better outcomes for clients and the team.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an SEO or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms like Google Drive, HubSpot, Monday.com, and Asana.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • A solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings.
  • Great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • A strong understanding of SEO concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing scenarios.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
