Leasing Agent Opportunities

Are you passionate about creating welcoming communities and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking two dynamic Leasing Agents to join our team:

• Onsite Leasing Agent – This role focuses on delivering top-notch leasing and resident services at this vibrant property. This role will also involve roving to other properties when needed.
• Roving Leasing Agent—This role supports multiple properties and requires flexibility, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and guests.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
• Process lease applications and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Support community events and retention activities (as needed).
• For Roving Agent: Travel between properties to assist with leasing and other operational needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leasing, property management, sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
