- 3 years of experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR), customer service, retail, or hospitality (preferred)
- 2 years of retail supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in cash handling, safety, and security
- Proven track record of coaching and developing others
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
