The Mission: What You’ll Do
- Lead the Charge: Run day-to-day operations—from sales and staffing to service and store standards. You’ll be the “player-coach” your team looks up to.
- Drive Results: Own the P&L by managing labor, inventory, and operational costs while pushing for long-term growth and profitability.
- Inspire Service Excellence: Set the tone for exceptional customer service by coaching your team to create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
- Coach & Develop: Be a hands-on leader who trains, mentors, and levels-up team members to grow into tomorrow’s leaders.
- Own Execution: Implement company programs, lead local marketing initiatives, and ensure all brand standards and operations are on point.
- Analyze & Adapt: Review store performance, spot trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Represent the Brand: Build connections with customers, community partners, and vendors that grow loyalty and brand love.
- Stay Compliant: Ensure your store meets all company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree preferred—but hustle, heart, and proven results matter more.
- 5 years in a manager or leadership role (retail or QSR preferred).
- Proven ability to build and lead strong teams.
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service instincts.
- Skilled in inventory, scheduling, and fast-paced decision-making.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and POS systems.
- Full availability, especially early mornings, weekends, and holidays—coffee waits for no one.
