Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Conduct various dental procedures including endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Fabricate dental appliances and restorations as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Epic and Dentrix.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Skills
- Proficient in dental terminology and practices related to various specialties including endodontics, pediatrics, and oral surgery.
- Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
- Experience in dental fabrication techniques for creating crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.
- Familiarity with dental clinic operations and electronic health record systems such as Epic and Dentrix.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $225,261.00 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
